How to make Beef Stroganoff

Cut the onions into thin slices, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

In a non-stick pan, melt half the butter, then add the onion and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, adding a ladle of hot water. Then add the mushrooms and continue cooking over low heat for another 10 minutes.
Then lift the onions and mushrooms and set them aside.

First cut the beef into slices, then into strips. Pass them in flour, then add salt and pepper.
In the same pan in which you cooked the mushrooms, melt the remaining butter together with a drizzle of oil, then add the morsels of fillet. Deglaze with the vodka and cook until the meat browns evenly.

Now add the tomato puree, mustard. Then add the mushrooms with the onions, mix and let it all flavor.

Finally add the cream and mix.

Your Stroganoff fillet is ready to serve, adding fresh chopped parsley to the plates.
