Broccoli savory pie recipe by of 01-02-2013 [Updated on 14-10-2013]
Hello everyone, today I give you the recipe of the last savory pie I prepared, the one with broccoli, pancetta and asiago, one of the best savory pies I have prepared so far :) As for most of the time, the ingredients you find in the savory pie are the ones I had in the fridge at that moment and their combination was really perfect. Today I go very fast, Friday is always a half mess in the office and even taking a minute to write 2 lines before posting the recipe is a challenge, so I cut short and get back to work, at 18 my weekend starts and I'll be freer to dedicate myself to my blog too. Kisses to everyone and have a good day
How to make broccoli savory pie
Clean the broccoli by removing the toughest leaves and cutting the stem.
cut the flowered tops and wash them under running water
Put a pot with water on the stove and as soon as the water reaches the boiling point, add salt and dip the broccoli into it and cook for 10 minutes then drain
Fry a clove of garlic in a large pan with oil, add the broccoli and sauté them in a pan together with the diced bacon.
Season with salt and pepper
Lift the garlic clove, pour the broccoli into a bowl and add diced asiago
Line a tart pan with parchment paper, lay the pastry and prick it with the prongs of a fork
Pour the broccoli, pancetta and asiago on the pastry, and pour a mixture of eggs, milk and parmesan over the entire surface. Curl the edges of the pastry and brush them with a little milk
Bake the broccoli savory pie in a preheated oven at 200 ° and cook for 30 minutes
Allow to cool before serving the savory pie on a serving dish
