The shaken coffee it is a great summer classic, an alternative to espresso when the days are too hot. A drink based on coffee, ice and sugar which, after being shaken together, form a foam similar to cappuccino cream on the coffee. Together with my grandfather's coffee it's one of the things I order most often at the bar and before one of the girls who works with me showed me a video, I had no idea that making it at home was so simple. Just equip yourself with a shaker and that's it! You can then correct your shaken coffee with a little liqueur, or serve it with a sprinkle of cocoa, although, I prefer it that way, simple. So, did I give you a nice idea for serving iced coffee this afternoon?
