Adagaum sifted wheat flour together with curry spice and paprika.Pour the omelette into a rectangular tray (23 x 35 cm) lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake the omelette for 25 minutes.

After baking, carefully remove the baking paper. Put evenly, over the hot omelette, 1/3 of the grated cheese, the fried mushrooms, the chicken breast, the corn and another half of the remaining cheese.I carefully rolled the omelet in a roll. Transfer the omelette roll on a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the top of the roll with grated cheese. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the omelet roll for 15 minutes.

Then let it cool for about 10 minutes, then cut it into 1 cm thick slices. Serve the roll with your favorite sauce. Good appetite and increase cooking!

How to prepare omelette with mushrooms and cheese

Prepare a non-stick pan by putting it on the fire.

When it has become hot, put the drained mushrooms. Leave for 1-2 minutes, stirring gently, until it leaves the water, then add the butter and oil. Butter tastes very good, but if you don't add oil, you risk burning it.

Lightly brown the mushrooms. Meanwhile, break the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly, with a whisk, together with the salt. Don't beat them much, you don't want a dry, frothy omelet. It's only necessary that the mixture is homogeneous.

When the mushrooms are browned, pour the eggs into the pan. Quickly shoot the mushrooms, distributing them evenly in the omelet. Turn the heat to low and when and when you tilt the pan slightly and lift the raw egg with an omelet spatula at the bottom to drain.

When the egg is evenly distributed, put the lid on the pan and leave for 3 minutes. Check by lifting lightly with a spatula, if it has browned nicely. It depends on how thick the pan is and how big the flame is.

Place a large plate / plate over the pan and with a firm motion turn the omelet over. Let it slide back slightly and fry on the unroasted side.

At this point, put the grated cheese on top, put the lid on and leave for another 2-3 minutes.

I found this recipe in an old newspaper! The omelet roll with telemea is a colorful snack, like summer! Although it consists of a fairly cheap set of ingredients, it has a wonderful taste and a very interesting appearance. It is created for holiday meals! Try to prepare this splendid appetizer!

INGREDIENT:

For the omelet:

-110 g of fermented cream

-salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

For the filling:

-2 tablespoons fermented cream

-a dill bunch (you can replace it with parsley)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Prepare the omelet: beat the eggs with the mixer until smooth, adding salt and ground black pepper to taste.

2. Add the fermented cream and the carrot given through the large grater. Mix until smooth.

3. Transfer the resulting composition to the standard oven tray, lined with baking paper, greased with a little oil (if you want, you can replace the baking paper with a silicone sheet). Spread it evenly.

4. Bake the omelette for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven to 170 ° C. Then let it cool.

5. In the meantime prepare the filling: pass the telemeau through the small grater. Add the chopped dill, the garlic passed through the garlic press and the fermented cream. Mix very well.

6. Turn the cooled omelet upside down (top). Spread the cheese composition on its surface, leaving a free space of about 2 cm at a transverse edge.

7. Roll the omelette into a compact roll, starting from the transverse edge covered with filling.

8. Place the roll with the "seam" down on the baking paper and wrap it with it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Method of preparation :

Cut the salami and bell pepper into cubes. We cut the ham into thin, small slices.

If they are cooked, we take them out of the oven and they can be served so hot.
Colds can be served with a yogurt sauce.

As I did cheese balls ? Simple:

300 gr cheese

2 tablespoons grated flour
1 knife tip with baking powder

frying oil

Grate the cheese on a grater with small holes, then mix with the rest of the ingredients until you get a not very compact dough.
We model balls the size of a walnut, which we place on a tray. It is not good to make very large balls because they will double in volume during frying.
When we're done, we put them one by one in the hot oil bath and we make sure there aren't too many so they don't stick together.
The cheese balls fry very quickly, so we must not leave them unattended.
We take them out on an absorbent napkin, when they become copper.


Spanish omelet with smoked cheese

This recipe can be a salvation for any of you when you are in doubt about what to prepare for breakfast late on the weekend, when you gather your whole family for dinner. Of course it can be prepared any day of the week, but I put it in that category of soul recipes, ie "comfort food", which is perfect for the days when we want to quietly enjoy a tasty meal with dear ones, when we know that the whole family is with us.

The main ingredients in a Spanish omelette or "tortilla de patatas" are potatoes and eggs, but because it is extremely versatile it can be adapted to your own tastes. I also added vegetables for extra color and smoked cheese from Delaco, because I think it fits perfectly in this dish.

What you need to know about this omelet

  • sweet or purple potatoes can also be used instead of white ones
  • the vegetables I use can be replaced with any other vegetables: olives, yellow or green peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower
  • if you do not want to add cow's milk, you can use unsweetened vegetable milk (eg soy) or lactose-free milk, if you have lactose intolerance
  • in addition you can add different sausages, of your choice: bacon, lean ham, chorizo, smoked sausage
  • if you do it in large quantities, keep what is left in the fridge (lasts 2-3 days) or pack it in a saucepan at work
  • we usually eat it with a salad of fresh vegetables

The original recipe for "potato tortilla" is made only in the pan, ie fry the potatoes beforehand, then add the omelette over them and let them cook, turning the omelette from side to side when browned underneath. Below you will see that I preferred to boil the potatoes, not to fry them, then put everything in the oven.

Spanish smoked cheese omelette is an economical recipe, for any person's budget, because you practically only need 4 basic ingredients, which are sure to be found in any kitchen (eggs, potatoes, cheese and milk), and the rest can be complete according to preferences.

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in a pot with a pinch of salt for 25 minutes or until you feel a knife stick into it. They do not have to be completely cooked because they will also be cooked in the oven.

During this time, beat the eggs together with the milk in a bowl, then add the spices, corn, diced kapia pepper, finely chopped onion and 50 gr. grated smoked cheese. Mix.

After the potatoes have boiled, let them cool for 10-15 minutes, then cut them into slices, not very thin but not very thick, and place the slices in a tray. The tray can be round or square, and depending on how big the tray is, you can place the potato slices in one or more layers.

Pour the composition of eggs with vegetables and cheese over the potatoes, level nicely, then add the remaining 50 gr on top. grated smoked cheese.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C, for 25-30 minutes, until you see that it browns on top.

Once ready, let cool for at least 15 minutes, then cut into suitable slices and serve with gusto!
