Mexican salad with avocado and tuna

Let's prepare a light, healthy and full of flavors meal. We combine tuna proteins with vegetable vitamins and enjoy a balanced preparation.
A fresh idea for a family dinner!
I love salads, I start from a few ingredients and then I let my imagination do its job! :)
The result is irresistible!

  • 2 canned tuna, pieces, in its own juice
  • 1-2 Coptic avocado
  • +
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 300 g boiled red beans
  • 300 g sweet corn kernels
  • juice from a lemon / lime
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • a few drops of olive oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mexican salad with avocado and tuna:

In a large bowl add the tomatoes, washed and diced peppers.

Avocado is cleaned, cut into long strips and sprinkled with lemon juice, add to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients in the bowl with the beans. Corn, finely chopped parsley and the tuna drained of juice.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. If using lime, grate the peel and sprinkle over the salad at the end.


Sprinkle a little olive oil and serve.
